30-day returns
You may return most products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the product is in its original condition with all accessories and packaging.
How to start a return
- Email info@primeautomation.store with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will reply with a return authorisation and instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship it back using the provided label (where applicable).
Refund timeline
- Once your return arrives and is inspected, we process refunds within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- You will receive a confirmation email when your refund is complete.
Non-returnable items
- Products showing signs of misuse or physical damage
- Items missing substantial parts or packaging
- Software and digital content that has been accessed
- Items returned after the 30-day window
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
